Dr. Melissa Snell was born in Los Angeles, California but spent her formative years in Salt Lake City, Utah. She graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Dr. Snell attended osteopathic medical school at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences in Yakima, Washington and moved to Roseburg, Oregon to complete her residency in Family Medicine. Her medical interests include osteopathic practice, musculoskeletal and sports medicine, LGBTQ+ care, lifestyle medicine, behavioral health, reproductive health, and overall views health as an ongoing whole body endeavor. She is involved in her Christian community and enjoys reading, board game nights with her siblings, spending time with her dog and taking her cat backpacking.
