National Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Svetlana Vitus is a National Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated in 2020 with a Master’s Degree in Nursing from Simmons University located in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Svetlana believes in eliminating the root cause of disease so the body and soul can live in harmony. She is dedicated to providing personalized care based on the latest guidelines and best evidence-based practices to patients of all ages. Svetlana lives with her husband, two kids, and a rescue dog named Ruby. When she is not at work, Svetlana enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, cooking, baking, gardening, and beekeeping.

Samantha Carlile is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about empowering women medically and in all other aspects of their lives. She emphasizes creating a medical space where women feel comfortable, safe and that their voices are heard and valued. Samantha graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee with her masters of science in nursing and also studied health sciences during her undergraduate degree at the University of Alaska Anchorage.
Samantha loves being able to partner with patients about their medical decisions, to promote their wellbeing and cheer them on as they thrive. As a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Samantha provides expert, trauma informed care to women in all life’s stages. She specializes in well woman care, menstrual disorders, contraceptive management, gynecological disorders, pre-conception counseling and providing obstetric care for expectant mothers.
Samantha live in Grans Pass with her husband and lab-pit. She loves food, crossfit, adventuring and being a goofball with her sister Erin, who is also an Nurse Practitioner.
